Contacting Your GP
GP’s in our practice may be contacted by phone during normal surgery hours. If the GP is attending to a patient, a message will be taken and the reception staff will advise when it is likely that the GP will return your call. Your call will always be put through to the GP in an emergency, if you are unsure ask to speak to a nurse.

We are a mixed billing practice and consultation fees are payable at the time of consultation. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or via EFTPOS. As we have online billing facilities your Medicare refund will be credited directly into your account.
We Bulk Bill Children 15 years and under, and all pension and Health Care card holders.
Appointments can be made in person or over the phone on 03 9763 7714. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and doctor. If you need a longer consultation please advise reception to book you a longer appointment.
Standard Consultations $ 80.00 – the Medicare reimbursement will be $37.05

Results and X-rays
Please ring us to make an appointment for all results, including bloods and X Rays, these appointments are generally bulk billed.
Generally, blood tests can take up to 5 days, PAP smears and Histology can take up to 7 days.
Results may take longer at busier times.We do not store X-rays here at the practice and patients are expected to collect them after review.
In handling your medical records it is the practice policy to maintain utmost confidentiality and security at all times.

If you require a translator please advise the reception staff when you arrive and they will organise a translator service for your consult.
